todayx wake up very early hahax. to mi lars. erm wake up at 7.00am very tired siax...as 8.00am hav training mars. then yesterday slp at 1 .am hahax..thenx jiu go get rdy lors. then jiu meet cherlyn n sing ying att bp lrt .. they reachh very earli niax.. so kiasu for wad. hahax. jkjk then jiu walk to skool joke here joke there very funny de lors.. then jiu go refill bottle n get rdy lors. b4 training startx then at 1st afterx do warm up.. jiu do the 5 sets againx but tiis time add until 10 tugg jumps n 20 pushh upx... but maybe i xi guan lers i not like last time want to faint like tat..feeling much better lorsx. after tat jiu play softball gamex but instead using the real softball we use soccer ballx... thenx jiu do base running 90 feet lors. wahh such at long distance horx.then do phyiscal training lors. hahax. although tired .. but very fun osox. hehex.then after tatx. at 1st wanna go plaza wif jiawen wan. then last min they one go westmall then i very tired liaox then i nv go wif them lors.thenx saw jasmine thenshe acc mi go plaza. then jiu eatt ..jayne there osox. then eat lers jiu together go backk lors.heex..ok st0p here lers. bubyex
