For the past 2 days; im surviving with pain ! T.T

pain number 1)
the small rubber bands which the dentist name it 'seal' are killing me la ! so tight ~

pain number 2)
my whole body is seriously pain ! blame myself then!
i dint stretch properly when i went fer last training!
and is like fer 1 + mths since i had exercise. how can i not stretch properly! T.T
thanks to the pain reliever plaster!
i felt better nw !

had a good talk with jayne yesterday !

i realised wad she had told me is right !
i shall nt scare of ........... anymore ~
